The 35yrs old Reality TV personality delivered a bouncing bay boy at 34weeks, Saint West and weighing 8 pounds 1 ounces. She welcomed her baby boy at the Cedars- Sinai medical hospital in Los-Angeles. Due to the high complication risk, Kardashian decided to move her due date, which was on Christmas Day, when Doctors originally planned on inducing labor to December 5th.
Kim faced some serious birth complications with her son as she did the last time around with North West, a condition called Placenta accereta- where by after birth the placenta remains attached to the uterus wall instead of coming out.
Another pregnancy concern arose a few weeks ago with her doctors informing her that she had a breeched baby. The keeping up with the Kardashain star had to undergo a painful procedure where the baby was turned around in utero.
