The wrong queen(Miss Columbia) was crowned, with the host apologizing for his mistake in the whole mixup, he admitted on reading the cue card wrongly and proceeded to show on Live television what was on the cue card, he says
"This is exactly what's on the card. I will take responsibility for this. It was my mistake," Harvey assured the crowd."
Miss Universe started with 80 contestants and with the final three contestants from the United States, Colombia and Philippines. With the true winner, Miss Philippines, looking stunned as she went up stage to re-claim her rightful crown to a cheering crowd....
