President Mohammadu Buhari, on Friday honored 7 soldiers in both the Nigerian Army and Nigerian Air force with medals on their brazen effort in the fight against Boko Haram.
This special ceremony took place at the Yola International Airport. These outstanding personnel's sustained injury during combat with Boko Haram militants, with the President urging them not to relent in their fight against the militants.
Three of the 7 personnel were brought to the ceremony in wheelchairs, the President assured them that the necessary medical care will be provided to them and wished them a quick recovery.
