According to informationng, the Executive Director, of Commercial, Pipelines and Product Marketing Company, PPMC, Mr. Justin Ezeala, stated that the country currently has 656.376 million litres of PMS in its various storage platform, while it is expecting additional 756.99 million litres of the product before the end of November.
On additional report, one of the marketers who preffers to remain nameless due to not being authorized to talk on issue, confirmed an acut shortage at the NNPC depots in Mosimi and Ejigbo in Lagos as well due to increased incidence of vandalism on pipe lines that are servicing them, especially the one in Arepo axis in Ogun State.
The NNPC Operations Report for September detailed that in a total of 287 pipeline vandalism that occurred in June, about 151 cases reportedly occurred at the Mosimi line.
