Terrorist attack in Paris, France today kills over 100 people. The attack took place all around Paris, with shooting and explosion witnessed by on lookers. Many of them at the popular Bataclan Concert Hall where the US band Eagles of Death Metal was having a sold out concert, were taken hostage and then senselessly killed. An eye witness told AFP, that they overheard one of the terrorist yell "this is for Syria" before the massacre took place.
French President François Hollande has declared a state of emergency, closing all the French borders and mobilized 1,500 troops to the streets of Paris. A police officer stated on ITele that, one of the terrorist was gunned down by the police and the other 2 detonated the bomb on their person, essentially commuting sucide and killing many of the concert goers alongside them.
Additional reports note that at least one gunman opened fire at a Parisian restaurant, Petit Cambodge and at a nearby Le Carillon bar. BBC reports that attacks took plas at Les Halle bar and Belle Equipe bar.
French police also confirmed a bombing a France-Germany friendly match at the Stade de France football arena, gate J, with 3 confirmed casualties.
Currently, Parisian officials states that there is an unknown number of gunman at large but the government and police are not relenting in their efforts to taking down these terrorists and bringing them to justice, thereby stabilizing the streets in Paris to reduce any more casualties
President Obama in a statement today said he will do "whatever it takes" to bring these terrorist to justice
